Job Description : 

We’re searching for a team member who is enthusiastic, a good communicator, and has a positive attitude and dedication.He is willing to work hard under pressure, especially when there is a lot to get done.

Duties and Responsibilities : 

Your job duties for as a system engineer or solution consultant at ATSI will include : 

  • Deployment of Omni-channel Contact center technology (especially Genesys Cloud CCaaS)
  • Set up AI voice and digital BOTs to improve customer interaction.
  • Offering maintenance and technical support for integrated solutions, including CCaaS, network technologies.
  • Investigating voice and data quality problems on the network and identifying the issue and resolving major concerns.
  • Collaborating on technical documentation for projects, such as Scope of Work (SoW), As-Built records,and design documents.
  • Creating solutions to business needs to meet customer requirements and documenting them Adequately.
  • Interact with Genesys support by opening cases, raising cases, and collecting logs.
  • All the completed tasks were documented correctly and reported in detail.
  • Display and Showcase of system and solution.

Job Requirements: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, communication engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Outstanding proficiency in English written and spoken.
  • Excellent technical skills in SQL, Windows, network, and VoIP technology.
  • Strong knowledge of networking and VoIP protocols such as SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, and NAT.
  • The ability to understand and analyze business problems and provide adequate solutions.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and modify to changing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Supporting customers before they buy, and being good at presenting things.
